Fuyu Early Oriental Persimmon

Fuyu Early Oriental Persimmon aka Early Fuyu, Matsumoto Wase Fuyu (Diospyros kaki) makes glossy orange non-astringent medium size fruits that have very excellent quality and texture, and ripen 2 weeks ahead of Fuyu. Heavily productive tree is vigorous and spreading. Originating from a natural bud mutation of Fuyu, it makes an excellent variety for cool, short season climates. Hardiness zones 7-10.
