Champion Gooseberry

Champion (aka Oregon Champion) gooseberries boast a classic yellow-green American jam, pie and wine variety that is very productive with large, good quality tart fruit. Ripens early and holds it color well when preserved. Vigorous, mildew resistant bush grows 3 to 5 feet tall. Originated in Salem, OR in the late 1800's.
