A perennial bush kale from France, that has mostly lost it ability to flower and produce seed. It is often propagated by outer stems that have a tendency to grow out horizontally at first and often root where they touch the ground. The leaves are thin and tender and this perennial kale lives for many years and is a staple perennial kale in Europe. Not readily available in the United States, making it a rare perennial kale.
