Garden Prince Dwarf Almond (Prunus dulcis) is a soft shelled, medium sized nut. Good quality sweet kernels. Bears young and heavy. Sets large clusters. Dense, attractive foliage and showy pink blossoms in the spring. Self Fertile. Compact semi-dwarf tree to 10-12 feet but can be controlled to 8 feet. Ripens late September to early October. Requires 400 hours chilling under 45F. Cold hardy to USDA Zone 8
