Native to Chile and Argentina Nana Barberry is an attractive evergreen shrub that only grows to 18" tall. Also known as Magellan Barberry it has leathery dark green foliage and bright yellow-orange flowers that turn into dark purple tart berries. When sweetened they make an excellent juice that is high in vitamin C and other anti-oxidants. Also popular with birds and other wildlife. Disease free and easy to grow Nana is hardy zones 7-10.
