Pink Snowdrop Chilean Wintergreen (Pernettya mucronatum)

Long lasting beautiful, large pink berries are very showy displayed above the glossy finely cut evergreen foliage. Fruit is tasty with a sweet, pleasantly fresh taste. A compact shrub it grows 2 to 3 feet tall and has pretty clusters of small white flowers in the spring. Plants prefer an acidic moist soil and are hardy down to about 0 degrees, zone 6 to 9. Conventionally grown plant in 1 gallon container.
