Jan Boyce a.k.a "the connoisseur's avocado." Has an exquisite roasted smoky flavor and firm texture. is a small seed avocado with a cone shaped body. Green color skin and stays green when ripe also has a thin skin. These vigorous trees bloom early to mid-season. Harvest season is late winter through spring and is a type - A flower which requires a type "B" avocado for fruitful crop.
