Very cold hardy peach comes true from seed and is used as a rootstock in cold regions, as well as for their tasty peaches that can be grown where most other varieties freeze out. Said to make the richest flavored peach juice and are excellent dried. They are very productive of yellow skinned, cream fleshed fruit that is good for fresh eating, though they are smaller and softer fleshed than regular peach varieties. Hardy zones 3-9.
