This prolific perennial tree collard was collected from a perennial, thick trunked green tree collard growing in a crack at the edge of the parking lot of Temescal Tool Lending Library and the Edible Library Garden. This tree collard is very resilient and shoots out huge textured green tree collars on low branches and can take up a 6ft + horizontal foot print from 1 plant. Very little disease, light flowering and seeding each year. An absolute must have for the food forest enthusiast.
