Auvil Early Fuji® Apple

Early Auvil Fuji® is juicy, sweet and similar to other Red Fujis in most ways except its early ripening. This early bird ripens 5-6 weeks before other Fujis, putting harvest time around mid-September. Because of this, Early Auvil Fuji® is a great option for northern areas where cold weather begins early. Fruits are large, round, and mostly red with touches of gold on the outside and creamy white and crisp on the inside. Flavor is delightful! Low-acidity, sweet, with notes of citrus and honey. Great for fresh eating or baking, but should be consumed soon after picking as they do not store super well.
