Inga feuillei, named after Louis Feuillée, also called pacay/ice-cream bean, is a fruit-tree in the Fabaceae family. It hails from northwestern South America. Ice Cream bean produce pods that contain an edible white pulp, that is delicious, and tastes like cotton candy.

This tree is is nitrogen fixing and has nodules in its roots. The improves the soil it is growing in.
