The Success Serviceberry is a cultivar of the Timm Serviceberry which is known to be a fast growing deciduous shrub that produces beautiful white spring flowers and edible purple fruits that somewhat resembles blueberries. The edible serviceberries have a mild, sweet, and juicy with a hint of almond flavor due to the seeds. When they are fully ripe they turn a dark purple and can be used for baking, an amazing topping for ice cream or cereals and finally for fresh eating.
