The Bird Ave. Avocado hails from Bird Ave in San Jose California in the Willow Glen Neighborhood.

An inland community that has a temperate (Mediterranean) climate. This area can typically reach  85 - 90 degrees in the Summer and 40 - 60 degrees in the Winter. The Bird Ave Avocado is a local variety to this area. This tree produces a medium sized fruit with a dark green bumpy exterior and is said to produce very flavorful fruits and small seed.
