The Holiday Avocado (also known as the XX3) is a Flowering Type A avocado, so it ideally needs a Type B avocado for high yields. Its Parentage is Guatemalan. Its fruit shape is pyriform to obovate with green medium thick skin. Its Season is September - January and Weight: 18-24oz. It is a Semi-Dwarf Tree. Its Harvest time is May- July. sometimes the holiday avocado develops rot at the end of its stem. Tree grows in a bushy like manner, weeping. This variety is known to be a grandchild tree, a seedling of a seedling from a variety called Murrieta or Murrieta Green.
