Silvanberry (Rubus hybrid) produces large maroon-black fruit ripens early and has a delicious mild and very sweet flavor. Great for fresh eating or preserves. Heavy yielding plant is vigorous with long trailing canes. Very disease resistant and has good tolerance of heavy soils and drought. A hybrid of Marion and Boysen it was selected in Victoria, Australia.
