Developed by USDA Agricultural Research Service Blueberry Breeding Program in Corvallis, Oregon, released in 1994-1995. Famous for producing the world's largest blueberries (cherry-sized, up to 20mm diameter, weighing up to 2g). Upright, slightly spreading bushes. Late mid-season variety with extended harvest period (4-6 weeks).

Extremely large, light blue, firm berries with robust, sweet, juicy flavor. Slow to ripen which extends harvest season. Best for hand harvest due to large size. Excellent for fresh eating, baking, and freezing.

Released 1995 and quickly became known as the standard for large-fruited blueberries. Intended as a fresh market, local sales cultivar. Holds distinction as world's largest commercial blueberry variety. Despite lower yields than some varieties, prized for exceptional berry size and quality.
