Cherilatas are a hybrid of Annona Cherimola and Reticulata; inheriting characteristic of cherimoya and a custard apple. They have a pink to red color inside and out. Cherilata’s are known to have a custard and creamy texture with a combination taste of sweet berries with a subtle balance of tartness.
