Sansho - Japanese Pepper (seedling) (Zanthoxylum piperitum)

Easy to grow and vigorous Sansho plants will provide abundant seeds and foliage for Japanese and other Asian dishes. Red peppercorns shown here ripe, often shown in pictures and harvested green in the un-ripened stage. Sansho is also Dioecious so a Male and female plant must be grown if seed is required.
