Mission Olive

Cold tolerant Spanish variety is still growing at the old missions in California. Medium sized freestone fruit is good for pickling and oil. Heavy bearing vigorous tree makes a good pollinator. This Olive tree is self - pollinating, but for a larger fruit set, grow with other olives. The Arbequina and Frantoio are great companions to the Mission Olive. Hardiness zones 8-10.
