Developed through cooperative breeding between University of Maryland, Rutgers, Virginia Tech, and University of Wisconsin. Cross made in 1989, released in the 1990s (Plant Patent #10,411). Primocane-fruiting with semi-erect, sparsely thorny canes. Very large, firm fruit. Highly vigorous with good disease resistance including phytophthora root rot.

Very large, pale yellow to warm orangey-yellow berries (up to 2.4 grams each) with mild-sweet flavor and unique apricot or banana-like aromatic notes, especially in cooler climates. Firmer than Fall Gold. Extremely sweet, particularly in cooler temperatures.

Released in the 1990s from the cross 'Amity' × 'Glen Gerry'. Awarded best taste in Utah State University Cooperative Extension comparison in 2013. Remains one of the most popular yellow raspberry varieties for its exceptional size, firmness, and unique flavor profile.
