McCullars White Walking Onion

The McCullars White Walking Onion is a very rare, very hardy walking onion.  It produces a white topset bulb with green shoulders. Also known as the Tree Onion, this walking onion forms small white top-set bulbs that fall over and easily root so the onion spreads or walks thru your garden year after year. But this onion also forms small nesting bulbs like a potato onion, making it a truly prolific and fun food forest plant perfect for a large pot or your backyard garden! One plant turns into many plants after the first year, so share with your friends! The greens can be used in place of green onions and the the base can be used in place of onion.
