This is a newer variety developed for disease resistance with a vigorous, productive growth habit.

These produce large round fruit, attractive golden-brown russeted skin. Very sweet, richly flavored, crisp, juicy white flesh. Ripens September. Requires cross-pollination with another Asian pear (such as Shinseiki or Hosui) or early European variety. Highly productive (50+ lbs), bears 1-2 years after planting.

Developed as disease-resistant variety for wider U.S. cultivation. Noted for excellent fireblight resistance and hardiness. Increasingly popular in home orchards and specialty nurseries throughout U.S. for superior flavor and reliable production. Adaptable across diverse climates.
