Shinseiki (New Century) Asian Pear

Very early ripening variety has beautiful fruit wiith yellow skin and sweet juicy and fine flavored white flesh. Moderately vigorous spreading tree is reliable and productive. A cross of Chojuro and Nijisseiki. Hardiness in zones 5-10 and needs 250-300 chill hours.
