Japanese Mugwort also known as 'Artemisia vulgaris' is a herbaceous perennial plant which can grow up to 2-6 ft tall. Japanese Mugwort can be used to make tea's that provides a calming and soothing affect. Additionally Japanese Mugwort could also be used to help aid digestive issues, cramps, and even skin irritation.
