Medium-sized fruit, red skin, yellow flesh, 22-30° Brix possible (water dependent). Balanced acid-sugar, predominantly sweet with unique plum-apricot flavor. Very heavy production. Ripens mid-July to early August, just ahead of Flavor Queen. Good pollenizer for other plums and pluots.
