English Thornless Raspberry

The English Thornless Blackberry produces a sweet tasting, red raspberry in the springtime. This variety happens to be an early ripening raspberry. The Primocanes, (large mature canes) are thornless, however, on the younger canes you may notice  fuzzy thorns. This is normal.
