Thomas Black Walnut

The best known and most popular grafted black walnut cultivar since its discovery in Pennsylvania in 1881. Large nuts crack free from the shell and have an excellent rich black walnut flavor. Grafted trees are early to start producing and very cold tolerant. Hardy zones 4-9.
