Short term backhoe loan and operator time (100 hours)
Landscape designer hours with experience in MWELO

Equipment

Forklift for nursery and aquaponics - Off road big wheels
Skid steer/Bobcat type machine, ideally with track wheels
Large double axle trailer (for future bathroom at the nursery)
4-wheel drive full-size pickup  
Tommy Gate or other rear lift gate
Additional dump trailer
Farm Quad or "UTV"
