Northern Highbush blueberry cultivar released in 1978. Vigorous, upright, semi-deciduous bushes reaching 4-6 feet tall and 3-4 feet wide. Very popular for home growing and U-Pick operations. Fruit hangs to outside of canopy on long stems, making harvesting easy. Well-suited to mechanical harvesting.

Medium-sized, light blue berries with delicately sweet, mildly sweet flesh and high quality. Firm texture resistant to cracking and fruit drop in wet weather. Incredible ability to retain quality while hanging on bush for extended periods of time. Good for fresh eating, processing, and freezing.

Introduced 1978. Moderate crops of large-sized, high-quality fruit. Often compared to Blueray but with superior firmness making it suitable for mechanical fresh market harvest. Widely popular across northern U.S. and Canada for both commercial and home production. Particularly valued for extended harvest window and hanging quality.
