Ceanothus ‘Dark Star’ California Lilac

Ceanothus 'Dark Star' (Dark Star Ceanothus) is a dense, evergreen native, vase-shaped shrub that can grow to be about 6 feet tall and 8 ft wide. This native shrub produces deep green leaves and dark, cobalt-blue flower clusters bloom in spring.
Once established, this plant requires little or no water in summer. This Ceanothus is well suited to coastal gardens. It's also highly useful as a beautiful informal screen or a feature shrub.
