Chinese Bulbous Onion

Aka Rakkyo or Chinese Onion.  This small bunching onion has a fresh garlic like taste.  The minibulbs are often dug up in fall and pickled and served as a garnish.  Greens and bulbs are edible and this onion readily divides so it can be dug up and spread each fall.   Very unique flavor and versatile, though plants are on the smaller end of bunching onion and chive type plants.  We love em'!
