Medium-sized, self-fertile common fig. Does not produce breba crop, focusing energy entirely on main crop production.

Common self-fertile producing medium-sized figs. Very sweet complex flavor with good tanginess before full ripeness, transforming into rich extremely sweet fig at full maturity. Main crop only (no breba). Mid-season ripening. Sweet and complex flavor profile makes it sought-after despite lack of breba crop.

Found by plant explorer Mike Nave near Sacramento, California in recent years. Named "Emalyn's Purple" by Nave. Thought to be chance seedling of French Negronne variety. Introduced through California fig community.
