Half-high blueberry released from University of Minnesota breeding program. Cross of V. corymbosum × V. angustifolium. First wave of half-high releases. Most cold-hardy of all blueberries, surviving to -40 to -45°F. Dense canopy able to tolerate snow loads - winter snow actually protects buds from severe cold. Requires pollinator (Northcountry or Northblue).

Small, sky blue berries that are soft and sweet with typical wild blueberry flavor. Intense flavor.

Low compact growth. Bush attractive with glossy blue-green summer leaves turning red in fall. Completely covered in snow white, tiny bell-shaped blossoms in spring. Berries decoratively set to outside of plant. Smaller and less productive than sibling Northcountry. First choice for extreme cold winter climates.
