This Swedish variety is one of the earliest European plum varieties to ripen, about the same time as Elma’s Special in mid-August. Bears medium-size purplish, round plums with golden flesh that is very sweet and delicious. Mostly freestone and great for eating fresh, pies, preserves and drying. USDA Zones 4-8.
