Large evergreen shrub makes a great specimen, dense hedge or windscreen. Deep glossy green holly like leaves are tinged red and can be used in floral arrangements. Covered with bright yellow flowers in early spring, followed by small tart high Vitamin C blue berries in the fall. Sturdy tough and moderately drought tolerant. Zones 5-9.
