Ariana Zaragoza

Born and raised in San Francisco, Ari's connection to safe, clean green spaces was very limited. While completing an apprenticeship at Hummingbird Farm, they realized how healing and empowering a connection to land and community can be. Since then, Ari has stewarded and taught in community urban farms, high schools, and native plant restoration.

They're excited to be part of Planting Justice's mission and provide safer green spaces in schools that include permaculture, multicultural, and intergenerational based education.
