Maria Pantoja

Maria was first introduced to Planting Justice by a close friend. She joined the organization in August 2025.

Maria loves the idea of growing her own food and grows many of her own edible herbs at home. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks, visiting the park, and dancing. She describes herself as an overall happy person. She also loves roses and enjoys eating fish.

Planting Justice is important to Maria because of how much the organization helps the community. One example she shares is Planting Justice’s free fruit and vegetable distribution for community members on Wednesdays.
